Dr. Rueffer has been my GP all my life. I love his straight forward approach. If you ask him something, he will tell you without sugar-coating it. I think he is retired now though so you're outta luck to get his help. Awesome Doc tho.

I had to see him once as he was the only doctor available. Mine was out sick. I was there to inquire about quitting or switching a medication. I left with no help. Recently I received a copy of my medical file and found that he wrote "medication may need to be changed but who knows" and commented on the number of piercings I have and stated "patient feels they are necessary". We did not discuss my piercings nor are they any of his business! It's obvious he discriminated based upon my appearance which dictated his treatment suggestion. This is ILLEGAL and against patients rights defined by the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons. It's a reportable offence.
