Never has an answer beyond the blood work. I can look at my own lab and see the abnormal levels . I question where and how he got his degree ??? He seems to lack answers and knowledge and clings to test results and the obvious.

Appointments are always on time. Dr. Paul has been personable, and helpful in answering any questions. This fellow is top notch. I would recommend him.

I really like Dr Paul. He is a man of few words if the appointment is a straight forward check-in. What impressed me the most was his non verbal communication when I had a question (and the appointment was in person prior to Covid). He stopped writing, pushed his chair away from the computer screen, leaned back, cross his hands, and answered my questions until I was satisfied. He was interested in helping. His nurse Lori, well I just love her too. So helpful. Never ever have a long wait in his office. I look forward to appointments with him. I’m in good hands.

I was prescribed desiccated thyroid and was doing well for a long time. Suddenly my levels were way off and Dr. Paul went above and beyond trying to figure out why. Turns out I had a bad batch and he found the same problem with others. His secretary is also very helpful. My only complaint is a long waiting list.

Prescribed Desiccated Thyroid at my request. Always on time and willing to listen to my ideas.

Great job improving control. Found numerous problems with my scripts and fixed them.

Not impressed with his knowledge on my condition. Even when I proved through bloodwork that thyroid antibodies can improve with dietary and supplements he dismissed it. Personally a 30% decrease in antibodies in 2 months is significant.

I agree with the last comment. He should listen and offer advice based on the individual not just on the numbers on the chart . Very by the book which makes the visit impersonal . He doesn't listen or answer questions. I think he's in it for the paycheck not the people.

This is a plea for Dr Paul to show some interest in his patients and the reason why he is being paid to care for them. My tsh was 4 times what it should be. He did not explain the lab results, was uninterested in how I was feeling. He left the room while I was speaking and wrote out the requisition and handed it to me. I counted the time - less than 5 minutes. I work in healthcare and if I treated my patients that way I would be out of a job in no time. I have been going for quite a number of years and every year he gets worse . After every visit, I wonder why I go as I can now access my lab results online and can interpet it against a baseline provided. There must be some accountability somewhere for how shabby a doctor can treat people in their care.

Arrogant, unwilling to share information, vacant/vapid expression, condescending when he finally decides to speak. When he is pressed to speak, he will not make eye contact and is dismissive of any concerns put forward. This is based on 4 appointments I had with this individual. Totally unacceptable.
