Some of the staff are rude and unhelpful. Would not tell me what insurance companies they accept. I was told I don't know?? How can that be? I am shopping for a new insurance company and wanted to stay with Mary as my primary doctor but I can't do that if I don't know the insurance companies they accept. Not even the office manager would get on the phone to let me know what they take. I was told to call each insurance and see if they are on there plan? I asked for the billing depart. since they should know what insurance they accept but was told no. I have never received so much resistance from a doctors office to help a current patient who has been there for over 5 years!
