Saw Adam for a second opinion on a repeat dislocating shoulder. Just prior to the appointment my other shoulder partially dislocated. During the appointment he focused on the imagery only. Didn’t bother to actually examine me. It was a waste of a referral and both of our time. He didn’t bother to request any imaging for the new shoulder injury. After seeing a great orthopaedic surgeon who requested a CT - it identified a totally shredded rotator cuff and I ended up with extensive repair being required. My appointment with Adam was a missed opportunity for this to be identified, and as he didn’t - I was in pain for longer than I needed to be, had he been thorough. I don’t recommend him.

Mr Dalgleish has operated on both shoulders to remove calcium deposits. Minimal scarring and immediate relief. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He and his team are so professional and cared for me like I was part of the family. I couldn't recommend a better surgeon if you need help.

This doctor would do well to learn more effective communication skills. My experience of him in the public hospital environment was that he is a subtle bully and I didn’t trust him at all.
