Destroyed my eyes when he did cataract surgery. Used implants instead of regular surgery, charged me $46000.00, I wasn't supposed to ever have to wear glasses. C;ould and still can't, and when I told him this, he told me to go to the Dollar Stores and buy me a pair!!!! Does this explain my ratings?
