My husband and I were with SGFC-Leesburg for almost 2 years. Dr. Khan and his staff were both professional and kind. The staff's training to handle delicate situations was always impressive. Dr. Khan always answered all of our questions during our appointments.

I would recommend Dr. Khan. I truly believe I would not have gotten pregnant without the help of Dr. Khan and Shady Grove. The first round of IVF did not work, but I believe it jump started my fertility. My husband and I were going to try a 2nd round of IVF, but before then, I found out I was pregnant! We are now proud parents of a healthy 5 month old little boy! Thanks Dr. Khan and Shady Grove!

I went to Dr. Khan for his medical expertise and I agree with the reviewers that he was very arrogant, but I was very concerned when he said things to my wife that were inappropriate for a medical or any other person. This confirmed my wife's and my worst fears about male gynecologists.

Dr. Khan is very knowledgable and identified a disorder no other doctor had diagnosed, however my husband and I felt like if we didn't call for updates sometime we didn't get any information. After seeing two specialist required by Dr. Khan's office we never heard back and decided not to move forward. As a healthy young couple we strangle with why we hadn't conceived and the stress of chancing down our nurse for next steps was too much for me emotionally. I didn't feel liked they cared. Not just my nurse but also the lady checking my insurance. I can't say anything bad about Dr. Khan because our interactions with him wasn't bad even through he doesn't have great bedside manners, he was always professional and answered our questions.

For a fertility specialist, Dr. Kahn was not very professional and his attitude is awful. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kahn to anyone. However, his nurses make up for his arrogance.

I would not recommend Dr. Khan. I saw him for the first time July 2012. Dr. Khan has terrible bedside manner. He is not friendly at all. He made my husband and I feel ignorant for asking some questions. He does seem very knowledgeable in his field but I was not comfortable with him. The staff was great but I switched to another doctor.

My husband & I decided to go with the Shared Risk Program for IVF w/ ICSI. We were supposed to get 6 cycles for roughly $30,000. After our 2nd failed cycle we went to go over the cycle (fee not included in the SR program) & were told that we need to consider donor sperm. We decided we weren't ready for that & went on to another cycle. When that cycle failed we were told, in a rather abrupt way and out of nowhere, that we should consider using donor EGGS. This was the 1st mention of anything being wrong with my eggs. When we said we wanted to use our own eggs & sperm for another cycle we were told that we were being "removed" from the Shared Risk program. A few weeks later Dr Khan called to say we could stay in the program if we used donor sperm. At this point we decided to leave SG for good. The nurses were great but I saw 10 out of the 22 doctors & felt lost there. I would not recommend SG.

Felt like my questions were pretty much ignored, pretty consistently. Always assigned treatments, never given a choice, without opportunity for discussion. Once treatment changed, not what I had originally consented for. Treatments are always wihtin guidelines, but my bigger concern is a healthier baby. Goal here seems to be achieving statistical success. having been trying to switch to another MD at SG, they dissuaded me twice but now I am going to insist.
