Dr. Shannon is AMAZING. Very caring towards his patients and very knowledgeable. I’m grateful he is my doctor

What an outrageous character. Instead of judging others on wasting taxpayer money, perhaps he himself needs to work on the job that WE, the TAXPAYERS, pay him to do. He seems to want to be a politician more than a doctor, and it's not working. Is it not a serious conflict of interest to be on the board of directors of your employer too? I'm so confused. Also, pretty sure but can't be 100 percent certain it was his wife I overheard gossiping about all sorts of people in the waiting rom when visiting. So unprofessional and classless. Avoid.

Dr Shannon is extremely condescending and rude, he has zero bedside manner whatsoever. I'm not sure why he feels the need to be rude to patients who are simply seeking medical assistance. I can see why many of his patients opt to use the emergency room for non emergencies. They have no other choice.

Dr Shannon is excellent!! He is very intelligent, He has been 100% accurate in his diagnosis ever time with me, I never have any doubt or wanted a second opinion. WHEN something is serious he has followed and called me at home to see how I was doing. Don’t go in there and waste his time for a hang nail or a tickle in your throat. Any one against him or had anything bad to say about his diagnosis, you probably were not honest with what you told him. DR SHANNON IS THE $#!T I wouldn’t want any other Doctor 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Dr Shannon was my Dr for 4years till I fired him. He misdiagnosed me three times, I had to follow several times for test done and he gave blank answers. I googled my own answers..took my daughter in for a respiratory issue, cough, he said it was just a cold and to give her over the counter medicine, that evening she went into an asthma attack and had to be taken to the hospital and was diagnosed with pneumonia and was in the hospital for three days... the doctors at the hospital couldn't understand from her breathing how he didn't pick up on that.
Brenda is horrible. She needs to be fired. She is a nasty miserable woman who makes you feel inadequate when you call about any medical concern... the last straw I had with Dr Shannon was when I was diagnosed with an STD twice in one year and he had the nerve to call me and accuse me of having loose behavior and that I should probably go to counselling or therapy to deal with my issues.. completely rude and uncompassionate.. my STD was caused by a cheating boyfriend that I forgave the first time and the second time broke up with... Dr Shannon had no right to judge me based on medical history and speak to me with such disrespect. Even after I told him how I had gotten it, he was still judging... even if I was sleeping with a lot of men (was not) that's none of his business his business is to treat my condition. I ended up telling him what I thought over the phone when he called me regarding this and told him he would never be my doctor again...

Dr. Shannon is a common sense doctor. He has come up with answers to our problems several times, basically he nails it. The hardest thing about health is wondering what is wrong, and he has been able to correctly diagnose and help us heal, giving us a peace of mind.

I was transferred to Dr. Shannon, from Dr Bell when he retired. I have found him very good. Listens, comments, .... no concerns. Two years ago I would have also given his receptionist a 1-start but she seems to have had an attitude adjustment and I have found her very pleasant recently . His other assistant assitant (christine?) is also very pleasant. I am confident to visit Dr. Shannon and it is altogether a pleasant and productive experience. Great improvements. Keep it up.
