Had many appointments and NONE were on time. They called me to see if I could come in early because they were "ahead" of schedule. Came in early and waited until well after my original appointment time. Horrible scheduling and balancing of time and appointments.

I was scheduled for a simple surgery--insertion for a port for chemotherapy. My appointment was for 8 am. I finally went into the OR at 3 pm. Then, the port did not work properly, and I got a blood clot in my arm. I had to go on blood thinners, and my chemo had to be postponed for a while.
