I was seen by Dr.Sapp, and I was very disappointed with his attitude. He came across very cold, unfriendly, abrupt and rude. He didn't shake my hand or say hi when he came in. In fact, he acted like you were wasting his time with your problems. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and I wish that I did not come there in the first place. Then he wanted me to make another appointment and see him again. I thought in my mind that he must be kidding me because who want to see a doctor who has no respect for his patient? I'm telling you that I could not wait to get out of that office. The bottom line is I would never want to see a doctor like Dr.Sapp, who clearly just likes to hear the sound of his own voice, ever again. Well, that’s so much for southern hospitality. I was very impressed. FYI, attitude is everything in life, it will make or break you! And all men are created equal and let me tell you that just because you are a doctor;it does not mean you are better than others. Take notes!
