She was so great! I loved having her as my midwife!

Natalie Whitworth was our midwife for our second child, it was also our first home birth. We choose her because she is a licensed midwife. She is very knowledgeable from what my husband and I saw but she did lack on mannerism. She would come to our home for a prenatal visit and help her self to eating our food, talking about her other moms (patients) and their problems or long labors. During labor she was great at checking vital signs and suggesting different positions but she would also point out things I was not doing properly, there are ways to express a concern I'm my opinion, rather than to yell at a laboring mom. She has never been in labor and that connection from woman to woman sympathy wasn't there. If you are looking for a modern new midwife with a license degree and hospital knowledge she is the one you want. But if you want an experienced 20yrs +, sympathetic, warming midwife I would go with Brenda Parrish or Charlotte Sanchez. My friends have had excellent experiences with them.
