Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Unhappy because of poor communication. Told Dr. I was not concerned about a toenail issue because Hydrogen Peroxide soaks were clearing the problem up. I in fact told her even if it came back positive I would not take medicine. She said she was going to take a sample and never informed me there would be a charge. I received a bill from outside lab that they refused to correct.
