Agree with other ratings here. Dr is great staff is terribly rude. Not sure if it is the doctor setting them up as bad cop while he is good cop but it does make me think twice before recommending him.

Dr. Baird is amazing and really cares about the situation you are dealing with. He takes his time and listens to you in regards to your concerns. However, his staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. I only go back to his office because I honestly think Dr. Baird is great. Hopefully he gets a new staff team or at least a staff attitude makeover.

Like other's have said, the staff is... uncaring . You have to look past that because this doctor actually cares. The building is bad, the location is bad, the staff is bad, the doctor actually gets things done. He lets you explain the whole story, listens to it, and changes his solution based on what you say to him. I'd go to him again. He's a good doctor.

Dr. Baird was extremely rude and stormed out of the office in the middle of a procedure and did not return or apologize. I will never return and I will never recommend him.

I have never complained about a doctor before but will share my experience to help others. In my opinion the office staff is rude and communication between them and doctor is poor. Dr Baird became angry, abusive and insulting when questioned about poor result for a minor procedure. I would never return or recommend him.

We were treated badly by Office Manager. People after us were sent to the doctor but we were kept there for hrs. When asked why the manager was very rude so we left without seeing the doctor. When we requested we see the doctor the staff refused that request aswell. We are filing a complaint.

Dr. Baird is great, but I am not impressed with his staff. Most of them (not all) are unfriendly and they act like snobs.

Dr. Baird is very good. The staff at this office is the worst I've ever encountered. I know at least two people who won't go here any more because the staff is so bad.

DR BAIRD IS FRIENDLY AND WILL SPEND THE TIME NEEDED WITH YOU. HOWEVER HIS STAFF COULD USE A LESSON FROM HIM.
