Dr. Caissie and her staff,always go above and beyond.
When I went to my second appointment ever at this clinic, the receptionist had already remembered my name and information/situation about me.
Dr. Caissie always gives excellent service and within 10 minutes of being in the chair she had solved all the problems ive been having that I did not think it was related to my teeth. (back pain ect) She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and to make sure I understood! She recommended other Doctors I should go see! Out of the many years ive been going to the dentist and many dentist I have gone to see, by far she is my favorite.
She can run a bit behind at times, Ive spent 25min waiting max but most times shes on time! I have arrived early before and have been seen 30-60min earlier than scheduled.
I highly recommend her!
