I did not like Dr Phelps, as he made light of my condition. His treatment did not help me and his bedside manner was rude. He was all stressed out on making sure that I was able to pronounce Zyrtec correctly rather than my skin condition.

I went to Dr. Phelps for suspicious moles, and when he "took a look" he actually numbed the first mole and cut it off with a scalpel without telling me what he was doing. He literally told me that he was just looking at it, and then before I knew it he was giving me a shot in my back. This left a very large and unnecessary scar. I now know that there are many better procedures that he could have chosen if he were to take the time. The office was far overbooked, it took me over an hour past my appointment time to even see the doctor. Most patients were very elederly, and the staff was rude. My paperwork asked me, as a female, to list either my husband's information or my parent's information. Apparently it is unheard of for a single woman to be in charge of her own health. Overall it was an absolutely horrible experience. It shocks me that there are people who practice medicine this way.
