Calm and attentive. Has the wisdom that can only come from years of dedication. Great depth of knowledge and current approaches to urgent problems. We felt at ease as he guided us through the process, diagnosis and treatment. Probably the best physician one can be fortunate to receive care from. A great asset to our health care system which just works so much better with physicians that participate like Dr. Heard.

I had him review myself for fasd. And the while time he seemed to be judging me and he was so quick to conclusions which I didn't like at all. He even tried to tell me that I couldn't remember what he just told me. Which I could remember every word. He just seemed very unprofessional and quick to judge a patient.
