I have gone to Dr Gerold for a couple of years and always rave about him. I went to see him a couple of days ago and he was very rude and short with me. I was in terrible pain. He did not want to listen to what I was trying to say. He kept saying "that's not what I asked you". I was ready to get up and walk out by was already in the ER twice with no help so I was at his mercy. I am crushed that I was treated like a nuisance because I have always held him on a pedestal. I doubt if I will stay with him.

Dr. Gerold is a FABULOUS physician. He takes the time to learn about you and your concerns. His staff is incredibly friendly. He has a great bedside manor.
