chiropractic services were excellent. Bill was not what I was quoted. I was told that the insurance company sometimes doesn't pay what they say they will pay, but the patient is responsible for the balance. I double checked with the insurance company and they pulled up the records. They discovered an error and issued the balance. If I hadn't taken the time, I would have been out the money. Liked the chiropractor, will never go back.

Dr. Payne began treating me for injuries following an auto/truck collision. I had see an orthopedics team and a physical therapist for many months, with some pain resolution. Chiropractic enabled me to overcome a severe recurring pain in my right shoulder, both wrists, both ankles and neck/head pain. It took an additional six months to be able to be relatively free of pain, but I am able to walk without a limp, sit for extended periods of time and drive safely, with the capability to see over my shoulders using full range of motion. Dr. Payne's staff is amazing, knowledgeable, professional as well as courteous and friendly. My waits were always minimal. Treatments were always immediate in producing relief.
