told me if i didnt like her treatment for the "scratch" i could find another place to go. i got up and left. 6 months after i was supposed to get them Davis has put on my medical records that i almost hit 1 of the 4 people in my exam room when i grabbed my backpack and left and this was the reason i was let go as a patient not 1 word about the threat of taking her shot or find somewhere else to go in the medical records. also stated for the next 2 weeks while the office was closed for Christmas and new years break they walked in paus of 2 the car because of me. i plan on a criminal and medical malpractice proving worry about your job dont worry about me coming to your job.
