Great experience ! I was referred to speak with the manager because the doctor was overbooked. The woman took the time to listen and squeezed me in after our lengthy conversation You NEVER get this from any office, other office staffs just care about making the appointment and getting off the phone. I was very impressed from the get go. Dr Helbig knew exactly what was wrong, suggested an injection in my shoulder and physical therapy. I saw a dr from another practice who suggested surgery. Well, its now 6 months and I feel great. Thank you Dr. Helbig and to the wonderful support staff he has.

I have been a patient of this office for a few years and am always pleased with the attentiveness and great diagnostic foresight from Dr. Helbig. You don't wait very long, he answers all your questions, his staff is friendly and it is a genuine pleasure to have such a wonderful doctor. Oh - there is free parking, too and you don't have to do anything but cross the street which is wonderful when you are in pain

It was a pleasure calling this office and becoming a patient. A real person actually answers the phone ! Dr. Helbig is VERY professional, easy to talk to & addressed all my concerns. I was not treated like a Number - I was treated with respect. Everyone here is happy & friendly, even the woman who took copayment was all smiles. I asked to speak with their manager, I think her name was Dana or Donna. I complimented her on what a great office staff she has and well managed office. Then I met Andrea, a sweet, pretty nurse who assured me that she would have my MRI approved. Within a few days she left a message for me & I had my MRI. Dr. Helbig suggested physical therapy vs. surgery. I like the fact that he didn't put me on a surgical schedule but wanted to try an alternative. Great Experience
