Dr Pacult performed two laminectomies on my back that were 103years apart . He is excellent provider and henuinely cares for his patients. I plan on going again to him soon for another accident that happened to my neck/head/spine.
God bless you Dr. Pacult.

A very arrogant surgeon that screwed up my neck surgery. I am on my third surgery to fix what he screwed up! So much pain...The office staff is so heartless. Please go elsewhere. This kind of surgery is so serious!

Needed second opinion for neck surgery. Robin at Dr Pacult's said he doesn't give second opinions. Any surgeon who won't give a second opinion has something to hide. My Dr. friends told me it was no surprise to hear this about him.

Dr. Pacult performed my L4/L5 fusion in 1994 and I have been pain free ever since. I think he is a great doctor and would highly recommend him!

I saw Dr. Pacult for a cervical spinal fusion in 2009. He was recommended by my doctor whose wife had surgery by him as well. Dr. Pacult was patient and assuring. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and included models of the vertebrae in his explanation. The incision was made in one of my natural "wrinkles", on my neck, which makes it hard to detect. The procedure took place at Roper Hospital and I can't speak highly enough about them and their facility. EXCELLENT Aftercare by the nurses! I saw the doctor for one post operative/follow up visit. There was no need for any future appointments! Since the surgery, I am pain free. I would rate Dr. Pacult Excellent!

Dr. Pacult was going to remove a brain tumor using a procedure which was over 10 years old. He yawned the entire time he was reviewing my MRI...he said he didn't think he could "get" all of the tumor and that my risk of stroke was very high. Another surgeon used a procedure which was cutting edge; removed all of the tumor and did not shave my head. Go to the Medical University of South Carolina, Neurosurgery Dept. You'll never find better care in the southeast.

I found Dr. Pacult to be well informed as to my problem. Very personable and takes his time with you. The only downside as of my first visit was the wait factor. Waited one hour and fifteen minutes. This said, I will use his services in the future.

I saw Dr. Pecault for a herniated disc in my neck. I found him to be very knowledgable and a really nice guy in general. Though I did not go through with the surgery to receive an artificial disc (because my symtoms improved on their own), I had full confidence that Dr. Pacult was the right surgeon for the job. He is very professional and seems like he would be very precise in the operating room. If my symptoms flare up again, I will definitely go back to Dr. Pacult for the artificial disc surgery or the fusion. One thing I liked is that Dr. Pacult did not pressure me one way or the other when I was wrestling with my decision to have surgery or wait. I brought my wife in to meet him and she liked him, too. Again, great doctor. Very compassionate, smart and personable. I think he was an Olympic cyclist, too. Not really an important fact, I suppose, except that it adds to the general conclusion that he is a way-above-average type guy.

Could not completely understand him, and he knew that. He said it was just a quick overnight surgery. After the surgery referred to it as a major surgery that took over 3 hours. I went home the next day in Much pain. He told my son he would speak to him in the waiting room after the surgery, he never did. On my visits after the surgery, he just said there was nothing he could do. That was 5 years ago. I remain in much pain.
