Conservative, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Easy to make an appointment for same or next day. Very thorough doctor and staff. Efficiently run office.

Dr R is the best doctor ive ever seen. i enjoy his humor and he is always knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately he has let his absolutely abhorrent nurse ruthie take control and she is rude, condescending, and horrible to deal with. i am sad to have to find a new provider because of her but it is time.

Was my doctor for many years. In all that time I only ever saw him once, every visit I made to his practice I was seen by one of his PA's. On the one instance I did actually see him I was sure that he was the PA.

Wonderful doctor who has seen my wife and I for many years. Very approachable, and able to explain issues well. Doesn't treat you like you are an idiot, and is also conservative in his treatment.

I've been seeing this doc for about five years. He was the only Dr. to diagnose my fibromyalgia. Treats me like a person not a number. Works with me for my treatment and listens to my input. Doesn't condescend or treat you like you don't have a brain like so many do. I never have to wait longer than maybe ten minutes for him to see me and can get an appointment right away if necessary. After five years the staff and I are on friendly terms. Took awhile for that.

Doctor was very rude. Made assumptions about the purpose of my visit and was unwilling to listen to my concerns. Used aggressive language with me and when I got upset and asked to leave, recommended I take a prescribed "mood enhancer". Would not recommend him to ANYONE!

I personally have to problem with this Dr. He takes his time and talks to you. Shows humor at times!!!!!!!!

Staff is pretty rude and just not friendly. I have never seen a smile on their face...almost like they can't stand being there. Dr. Ruzbarsky has been OK with me...neither great nor bad for the 5 or so times I have seen him. My wife refuses to go due to staff and the odd feeling she gets from Dr. Ruzbarsky (not bad, just like he doesn't take much interest in her personally...no personality basically).

He was my children's pediatrician several years back and I have not regretted once when I changed him! Visits always took so long. Not only was it almost impossible to make an appointment but the soonest appointment was usually 3 weeks away. The wait time in the waiting room was always at least 45 minutes; this does not include the wait time in the actual doctor's office! He was always short and never explained himself. He always used "doctor" jargin and when asked to explain what he meant he always seemed annoyed. Just not a friendly doctor, especially a pediatrician! One time I had to go in to get some paperwork completed and I said good morning to him and he just blatantly ignored me. After I changed doctors his office gave such a hard time sending my children's records to my new doctor.
