Dr. E. Torres was the Family Doctor, for my husband and I, for several years.

A gentle, patient, knowledgeable man. He went out of his way to accommodate us with appointments, especially for my disabled, Parkinson's Diseased, husband. Any time, I needed answers, appointments, tests, they were handled promptly and, professionally. His staff were exceptional. Had I not moved to another City, we would continue to be his patients.
Thanks, for everything you did, for us, Dr. Torres. We miss you and, your staff.

So thorough and understanding of my needs. Very grateful for the care I received, health practice standards and interactions with all staff. I saw absolutely nothing to complain about and can only praise the efforts of all staff helping me in a difficult situation. Several other patients seemed pleased as well. Thank agin.

He's been my doctor for over 5 years and I've legit never seen him in person. I've only seen Doctor Bart the NP and he is absolutely delightful and very helpful

But Torres is absolutely horrible can't even get someone on the darn phone. Currently laying here bed ridden sicker then a dog and they are automatically sending there calls to voicemail!! DO YOUR JOB ANSWER THE DARN PHONE

Also when I finally got on the phone after calling and calling multiple times! I spoke to the receptionist name Karen She told me she would book me in for November 11th at 4 PM For a telephone call I knew something was off about that scheduling Closes at 3 PM sure enough when the clock struck 4 PM my phone never rang and I sat there for over an hour!!! The fact that this doctor has 2 stars on this site is even too high of a rating This practice needs to be shut down

The worst doctor I have ever had. Unless you can see into the future you cannot get in to see him if you are sick. I was sick last week Torres told me to got to a walk in... after 6 hours I finally saw another Dr and was told I have pneumonia.

My diabetic wife is now really sick called left a message. Torres Nurse called back 3 hours later to give her an appointment in 4 days. I really hope she doesn't have pneumonia also she will be dead by then.

Torres needs to focus on his private practice and drop what ever association he has with Brockville General. He can not affectively do both.

An excellent listener; set-up the right diagnostic tests; does not over-use the testing cycle just because it is paid for by the government.
My husband and I are so pleased to have him as our physician.

I gree with every single negative review. O have been gping to him for years and things are getting worse. It seems everyone keeps quitting at his offoce and now Bart the NPnthe one whonis compassionate, punctual and knows his stuff ia now taking time off indefinitely. My guess is that he had enough of how absolutely brutal this offixe is run.

I am rating this doctor now as i see a lot of patients on here with the same complaints. He is incompetent and his staff is useless. Bart his nurse practitioner treats people like they are dumb, meanwhile, they likely have a better base knowledge of their own condition.
Last year I went for a pap test, I requested a female nurse to do my test. This person was rude, non compassionate. When I inquired about wanting to discuss my weight she ignored me. I was mortified and wanted to leave the office right away, she tried to block me in the door and would not let me leave. I had to push my way out.
They also lie. I was told that doctor's notes for insurance was $5 each, as I tried to pay He stood in the door way and said no we do not charge for those notes.

I would love to speak to anyone who wishes to file a complaint against this doctor to have his license suspended. I literally will DIE before I EVER ask this man for anything in my life!!!!

I wish I knew about this website before I agreed to be his patient.
