Been going there for over a decade off and on for dysport , never had a problem until recently . Gave me serious eyelid droop., which I still have almost two months later . Went back in for them to correct , made it worse, never offered the eyelid drops, told me I could buy them. After a few weeks of it not getting better from second visit, I called to ask for a refund . They wanted me to come in for a third time (no thanks, already made it worse the second time) and I had to fight for the half refund I received . Their reasoning was “you got your gabella lines taken care of so we did do that”
Yes but I can’t enjoy that because I have a droopy left eye !

Go somewhere else . They don’t stand behind their work.

I love going to my appointments! Dr. Freeman, and his staff are amazing at making you feel comfortable and the atmosphere is warm and very friendly. I absolutely recommend him!!#

Dr. Freeman is an excellent surgeon. I just had several surgical procedures completed to restore my body after having children. Dr Freeman took the time to make me feel very comfortable and surgical results are excellent.
