When we visited Dr. Nguyen, we were looking for a second opinion. He was professional and explained why his opinion was such. He conferred with a colleague to support his evaluations and did not pretend to have all the answers. Although he was thorough, he made sure he we understood his perception and why another doctor could have a differing opinion. Then he provided a name of another doctor should we want to do more research. We felt he wanted us to have all the knowledge we needed to make a more educated decision.
