Have had Dr Johnson for years---more difficult to get appointment but extremely thorough assessment always and trust her judgement. Nurse is accommodating but secretary can be moody!

This has been my GP for as long as I can remember. She used to be the best, always available if you needed her, quick to get appointments, but over the years, her QUALITY OF HEALTHCARE has hit rock bottom! It takes months to get in for a "Regular" appointment, and there is no quicker appointments. I had stopped in to make an appointment for a checkup, as it has been a couple years since I have been in, and i'm told to call back in 4+ months to make the appointment as she is completely booked for the next 8 months! Also after being out of the office for 3 weeks, she works 2 days and is gone again for the next 4 weeks. The funny thing is after seeing a doctor in outpatience, I see a doctor that practises in the same clinic and told me i'm better off on the Waiting List then waiting for an appointment with her.

never in office< no follow up> appts only for either complaints and/or meds only, not together!?
