Worst doctor ever, she send you for test that you don't need, she prescribe drugs that you don't need, don't follow up, doesn't send referrals, horrible person to deal with, glad she is no longer praticing

Dr Diaz is a very professional doctor. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything so well. She takes her time with her clients and I have been treated like a human being. Thank you Dr Diaz. I just wish people would be more patient in the waiting room.

She is a very dedicated doctor. I know that I have to wait in order to see her but the wait is always worthwhile. She is thorough, detailed in her exam and committed to a high standard of practice

I met Dr. Diaz for the first time at the walk in Clinic this past weekend. To say she is a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Although the clinic was busy she took time with me and really listened. I will recommend Dr. Diaz to family and friends. She was awesome; Cornwall is fortunate to have such an astute, empathetic and highly trained physician.

She is the worst doctor I've ever had I can't even begin to understand how someone like her is still working!

This person shouldn't even be referred to as a doctor. She made a follow up appointment after seeing my child and then doesn't even show up for it. She even tells us to buy the stuff"lots of bottles of hydrogen peroxyde" she will need to use for the follow up appointment (the one she doesn't show up for)...shame on the secretary there who never even called to tell me she wasn't going to be there. Funny how all these people still get paid for not even having to do their job, the job my taxes fund.

Worst excuse for a physician yet!!!Waiting over a year for a simple referral is ridiculous. After waiting for more than four hours in chairs for a scheduled appointment, then to find out she has left for dinner hour and will return later is disgusting. Especially when the patient is terminally ill. Horrible understanding of disease and being called a liar by her after she states she cannot even find his paperwork.
TERRIBLE, ATROCIOUS, SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE!!!

I know it's a walk in clinic but waiting almost four hours for a scheduled appointment is absurd especially when you hear the receptionist tell someone that she doesn't understand why the doctor books people for appointments an hour before the doctor is scheduled to come in. There was just a press release from the OMA about waiting rooms being clogged up with contagious employees just to get a sick note for their employer.
"Employers should encourage workers to stay home when sick - not require sick notes which has a discouraging effect and forces patients into the doctor’s office when they are sick, which only encourages the spread of germs to those in the waiting room, who in some cases are more vulnerable."
In effect that is what this doctor is doing. Making patients, who are not contagious but only getting a follow-up appointment , sit in a room for hours with people who don't know why they're sick but are in all likelihood contagious.
