I wish I could give a "0" rating. This was the worst medical experience of my life. After waiting in a very small reception area for 45 minutes with three other people during a pandemic, I was finally called back. The doctor was more interested in what felt like "catching me" not telling her about medications I no longer took that providing quality Gyn care. She verbalized that she forgot the breast exam, asked the nurse to remind her, and then started out the door without it, to where I reminded her. She didn't explain anything during her exam or tell me I had any diagnosis - but the records I received through the portal had three diagnosis (that I needed to learn about by making a follow up appointment, per her office) and my insurance bill included a "surgery" that I knew nothing about. I'm happy to say that I'm no longer a patient of Dr. Mondero and found another provider - who confirmed that I don't have any of the three diagnoses. I still have PTSD from this experience!

I think Dr. Mondero is an excellent doctor and she is always polite to me. She explains everything and takes extra time looking over my health history and procedures, which is all updated on her computer system. Overall she and her staff are Awesome!

Poor bedside manner, nothing more than hello when she enters the office, not even a simple "How are you?", no eye contact....very strange for Dr, especially a GYN. Rushes through exam, gives short answers to any question asked of her. Overall a rude person. Has the personality of a research doctor not a doctor that enjoys people. Pleasant staff.

had to go to another dr for second opinion and confirm that most of my issues were simple hormone related of which she would not recognize. She also was not thorough with regard to pain I was having and get an ultrasound.

She's a no nonsense GYN, which I admire. I prefer her expertise over warm and fuzzy docs who don't take the needed time when you have questions or concerns. Been her patient for about 10 years. She is very thorough.

She had me on HRT for almost 3 years. I kept telling her I was having issues and she just kept sending me for blood tests and changing dosage. I had irregular bleeding for several months and she still wanted to change my dosage. I complained that my side was hurting, she examined me, didn't didn't feel the large fibroids in my uterus, which were seen on the ultrasound I had to demand she send me to get. The biopsy she performed was extremely painful. I will never recommend her. She is an unpleasant person and has horrible bedside manner.

Dr. Mondero was knowledgable and took the time to talk during the office visit. She was especially helpful with issues related to menopause. I highly recommend her if you want someone caring and a good listener who doesn't hesitate to discuss your concerns.

I really like Dr. Mondero. She is thorough and really knows her stuff. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area to be your gyno. I had a procedure done right in the same building and she was amazing as was the staff.

I recommended her as a gynocologist, however not if you need help with fertility. I'm on month two of no clomid because no one will check my bbt charts or call me back. Communication is poor.
