Dr. Diaz has been my doctor for 11 years. She is very caring and listens to me. I have never had a bad experience with either her or her office staff. I like her so much that my husband has started going to her as well. She's an excellent GP.

This doctor never follows up with her patient. She sends home health to ask questions that she already has on file and leaves her 91 yr old patient over the week end without antibiotics for a UTI. Last time this happened her patient was rushed to hospital dehydrated and almost died. She is well aware we cannot take the patient to an express care or hospital ER with all the covid going on and again this patient is 91yrs. All she had to do was call in an antibiotic to the pharmacy for her!!!!

I arrived at their office by mistake only to find that the Dr. I thought I had an appointment with had moved but never updated his website. This office was very convenient to where I live so I asked one of the office workers if she could recommend a Primary Care Physician in this area, she suggested Dr, Diaz, she told me to wait until the receptionist got off the phone to schedule and appointment. She hung up from her call and rudely handed me a new patient packet to fill out, I asked her if I could get an appointment and she said, yes in April or May, it is Now September I said to her, and she very rudely said, "yeah that would be NEXT YEAR"... I handed her back the packet and said "no thanks" and left the office. NEXT YEAR! Seriously? Based on the people this Dr. employs I wouldn't even bother. She was very very rude to the older gentleman that was ahead of me. She talked down to him like she was some sort of brain surgeon! She was a fat cow too, she should see a Dr. for weight loss, then she may feel better about herself and others. Very disappointed in that huge waste of time.

I was referred to Dr. Diaz for urgent care when my doctor was out of town. I was very impressed with the treatment I received, she knew exactly what was wrong with me and did the follow up. I regret she is in the same doctor's group as my physician so I am not allow to switch to her. I highly recommend.
