This visit was horrible. I was trapped in a room for an hour and 15 minutes for a routine exam while this doctor rambled about holistic medicine, curing Alzheimers with coconut oil, his distrust of COVID vaccines, how annoying masks were, his concern that the vaccinations were heading down a slippery slope, and he was giving psuedomedical advice far far outside of his scope of practoce. He also violated confidentiality by disclosing another patients name while talking about curing dementia with coconut oil, and asked me to pull my mask below my nose for part of the exam.
This visit was extremely nerve wracking, time consuming, and he makes you pay upfront instead of after. I was crying on my way home, my nerves were absolutely shredded after my visit with this doctor.

Excellent care for complex eyesight checks. Answers all questions clearly. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. Certainly recommend him for Okanagan patients!

My last visit was very unsatisfactory. Both prescriptions for new glasses were wrong and the doctor blamed envery one else for the mistakes made. Did not listen to any of my concerns. I will not be seeing him again.
