My appointment was for 11:30 and I saw the Dr. At 14:45. It a lack of respect for his patients and it is not normal to have to wait for so long, His secretary phoned two days before the appointment to ask me to be on time. When I arrived I was not told there was a long delay. The secretary gave me a poor excuse for being so late. I am glad I do not need to see him again.

Unfortunately, he is not able to diagnose my problem. He is not asking any questions and he is not listening.
He said, I think it is better to have a scan on your brain, do you have headache? I said no, then he said Ah ok so no need.
I got more info about my case from Google and when I asking him, his answer was: "yes, maybe"

He is not asking questions, he keeps looking to the results and thinking .

At the end, he said: "so we are done today take this drop" and he gave me a brochure about laser operation and told me: "you need this, so read it and we will call you to settle an appointment".
After I walked out of the room he said:" Ah, do you have any question?"
Not recommend it at all.

Saw him 3 times and he couldn’t diagnose my problem, he just kept prescribing different eye drops. He was hours late each time. I finally saw Dr. Arthur’s who figured out my tear duct was blocked.

will show up eventually ,but one can expect 3-4 hrs of waiting before seeing him.
