The front desk receptionist Maricela had a very unprofessional attitude from start to finish. Brotman was quite aggressive and rushed the appointment. She couldn't answer some of my questions. The prescription she prescribed is going to be hit or miss.

Am sitting here right now for over an hour with my 92 year old mother-in-law who can barely walk still waiting to see this dr. I think it’s extremely unprofessional and rude to make her wait this long to see the dr I guess since they went to med school their time is more valuable then anyone else. Appalling If it was my appt I would of left. How hard is it to make an appointment with a dr and have it kept on time . What a joke. Been here an hour and 15 mins. And still waiting
