She is very compassionate and makes you feel she really wants to help you. We have had her as our family physician for years and is very knowledgeable. Always has a pleasant approach , and gives very good advice on how to manage health problems. We really appreciate her.

Quite understanding of the patient's medical and extra-medical (work safe, insurance) situation, Will accompany patient through every steps and make suggestions to alleviate the burden of the new life situation conditions. Quite competent (at least 9 diplomas on her wall). The staff reflects her professionalism.

The doctor is not focused and lacks empathy.
Paid $80 for the documents to be submitted for my insurance. But the case was unsuccessful and I did not receive my pay because she did not acknowledge the very reason why I had to take the leave.

Dr. Melanson is absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough great things. I’m glad we have her as a family doctor. She constantly tells me I’m doing a good job with being a new mom of twins and it’s definitely reassuring! She always looks into everything I bring to her attention.
