So far the office staff is good but the scheduling is not orderly. I understand dr. Tchabo is on call but most of my appts i always overhear at least one patient upset that they have to see the midwife because Dr. Tchabo had an emergency or had to deliver a baby. On one end, it makes you feel secure in knowing he will likely deliver your baby when it's your delivery time but can also be disappointing if you've seen the dr only half of your prental visits, the other half seen by the midwife. Midwife Kim seems knowledgeble but can come off a bit insensitive.
