I went for my first gynecologist appointment. My appointment was to have my first exam and discuss my excruciating periods. She instead shamed me for being a virgin and asked questions along the lines of why don’t I have a boyfriend. She then demanded that I have a Pap smear without any education on why. It didn’t feel like a choice and she was unable to answer any of my questions. When she did the Pap smear she didn’t warn me prior to entering that she was and terrified me. I never received any physical exam and didn’t address any of my concerns. Then when we got to birth control she prescribed me the exact same birth control that my primary care physician had, that I explained caused horrible mood swings for me. I left the office crying and never felt worse about myself. My mom called the office and yelled about my experience, but this should not be necessary after any appointment. The staff at the front desk saw me crying on the way out and did not have any concern. The NP that my follow-up appointment was with besides was kind and they discussed BC options that would help with period pain. This woman is horrible and should not be a doctor. She is uncaring, obviously does not listen (prescribed a BC that I said did not previously work), and overall a horrible person. No doctor should make a healthy 21 year old feel poorly for not having sex before and not having a boyfriend. Let alone preforming a procedure without warning and without education. It was traumatizing and she should not practice.

I was called to reschedule time, got there only to pay copay and am called back up to be told someone called me to let me know my appt was cancelled(they did not). Go back to SW office, no one in waiting room, wait half hour past my appt time to get called back to room, another 40min for her to come in just to check for follow-up. No one came back after appt, so opened door to stand in deserted hallway to find someone. Dr. Leitch herself had to get my paperwork and walked me out. I also think she jumped the gun and did an unnecessary procedure on me because she scared me into thinking I was on the verge of developing cancer, that only ended up showing "inflammation" and cost me thousands of dollars.

Back in 2014 when I had my daughter she was very judgmental of my situation. I was 18 at the time. She told me at 4 months pregnant that I shouldn't gain anymore weight because I had already gained 25 pounds and I needed to exercise to lose any excess...I'm 5'4" and was 125 lbs pre pregnancy. After I had my daughter she kept pushing me to get on BC, even after I told her no way because it goes against my religion. She was rude and I will never go back to her again.

ZERO out of 5 Stars if I were able based on organization and overall professionalism. I visted Dr Leitch back in March, she was supposed to review my ultrasounds and call me back but never did so 3-4 days later I called and scheduled an appt. I was told by her staff that I would be receiving an ultrasound so I had my husband take off work. That day when she came in she was not at all pleasant or polite and REFUSED to give me an ultrasound and proceeded to argue with me after I was irritated at her wasting my time. She asked me basic questions to show she never even reviewed my previous ultrasound and was not prepared for the appointment. We had a complication with a pregnancy and she was completely uncompassionate during a difficult time. She spent a total of maybe 10 minutes with me, and billed me 183.00 for her "services". Will never be back and will make sure any expecting mothers I know are informed of her lousy practices as well- C.H

I went after I started having major anxiety as part of pms. Her answer was a d&c. I was told it was a procedure. It was not till after it was over I was told it was a surgery. I was tossed a bottle of anti anxiety meds for the anxiety. It did not help what I went there for. I found out I had low progesterone when I went to a quick med place after I felt faint. I was the one that got the idea to have my hormones checked. I was given her hormone specialist that informed me she has kids and two other jobs! I don't want to be on the meds forever but all they do is refuse meds unless I have a yearly Gyn exam with no talk of me getting off them. They have not done any future tests either. Frankly, the woman really just creeps me out.

Her staff is terrible, you can tell right when you walk in by their lack of actions they don't care. They charge you for office visits if you talk to them about anything else outside of your annual. I have been here waiting for an hour and a half to find out if I have cancer! I will never come here again!

Initially when I switched doctors I was happy but it did not last long. The wait time is ridiculous. You should not have to wait over an hour and a half to see a doctor each time. I work a full time job and would schedule appts on my lunch breaks and never made it back to work on time. This was my first pregnancy and I had lots of questions that did not result in good answers, and left me more confused. I feel like its all about the money and how many patients that can be crammed into one day. My delivery went well but she was not very attentive. I think everyone there needs better customer service.
