The staff made a bad experience. They gave us wrong estimates, did not tells us our insurance was out of network until we owed a big bill, wanted to order services that had already been done, they just racked up our bill. Will never go to that office again.

Dr. Kramer was fantastic. I don't like going to the dentist and he made the experience so much easier. I asked for "no pain" and he made sure I was very numb. I didn't feel a thing, and when I go to the dentist that is all I care about! Not being hurt! Great, great dentist! Very nice and polite too.
