If I could give negative stars I would! First of all the Dr. is one of the rudest and most arrogant individuals I have ever met in my life. He walks into the room and doesn't say a word, but that will be the least of your worries if you go there. I was supposed to have all four of my wisdom teeth out on 11/05/2018. I had complication after complication and went back at least 4 times. After the 4th time it got "infected", I went to my regular dentist because I no longer trusted him. They did an x-ray and low and behold he never took the bottom left tooth out!!! He sure did charge the insurance company for it though! My regular dentist told me to go back to him and he told me he had to "clean the area out" so I made an appointment. I called and asked what exactly was going to be done and the front desk lady blew me off. When I got there for the "cleaning" procedure (4 months later), the nurse asks if they were going to send my results to pathology? Um what?! She literally had no idea what the doctor was going to do. Seems pretty sketchy to me!

Again, he walks in says NOTHING to me and shoves something in my mouth. It hurt but he could care less. After about 30 min of waiting for it to go numb, he comes back in and whips out the drill and starts removing my tooth! Didn't tell me what he was doing and I could feel him removing my tooth. I was crying and he told me to stop. He then charged me for an "abscessed tooth" which to me seems a lot like insurance fraud. He screwed up and still tried to charge me. I will be reporting him to the state dental board as well as the insurance company. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If you look him up you will also see he has two negligence cases against him as well. Oh, and they have taken 3 weeks to get me my records and I just called and she hung up on me. I am going to a new oral surgeon tomorrow to make sure he didn't do any permanent damage.

If you value your health, you will NOT go here.

That was the worst experience I've ever been through. I was supposed to be asleep during the whole surgery but I wasn't, I was wide awake, and I could feel everything that they did. The staff was so mean and kept telling me I was being ridiculous and that they do the surgery on people younger than me all the time and that I was acting ridiculous. By the time they got to the fourth tooth (the one that's been giving me pain) I started screaming and crying and was once again told I was being ridiculous. So they ended up only taking three teeth out, and none I'm in the worst pain I've ever been in. I have three teeth out and one tooth cut into and stitched up. Please don't go here.

Do not go to this doctor. I have cystic fibrosis and to get my wisdom teeth removed while sedated, I had to get authorization from my respiratory doctor. When I came into the office on the day of my surgery, I was strapped to the chair and told that I wouldn't be put to sleep, even though I had the authorization. When I started to argue thethat quickly said I would be fine and started to administer the loopy medicine, so I couldn't defend myself. Halfway through getting them out I woke up fully and it hurt so bad. I was crying while he was yanking the teeth out and the nurse said oh you're fine, he is almost done. Do not go here!!!!!!!!

Dr Pollaccia is the worst oral surgeon I have ever encountered. The process surrounding the removal of my daughter's wisdom teeth was a nightmare. She struggled greatly following the surgery. I called his office four times to ask for advice on my daughter's condition. No call was returned. When I spoke with the doctor during the weekend he was rude, unprofessional and stated that he would have to charge me $500 in order to see my daughter that day. His after care was atrocious. My daughter developed dry socket, we missed an out of town wedding due to her more than week long recovery from what is supposed to be a simple surgery. Contrast that with my son who had his wisdom teeth recently removed by Dr Harper in Boulder. Dr Harper called us the evening of the surgery to check on our son. Our son has had minimal swelling, was able to go out and about the day after the surgery, and has had little post operative pain. Whatever money might be saved by going to this "Walmart-type" (lots of patients, quick turnover, little personal care) oral surgeon is not worth it! He is absolutely, in both professional ability and in his relationship with his patients, quite simply the worst doctor I have ever encountered.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ORAL SURGEON. Upon becoming a patient I was very trusting and was made to believe that the simple expose and bond surgery procedure would go as planned and painlessly. What happened was a nightmare that I am forced to relive in night terrors and daily anxiety that has majorly affected my life. The day of the surgery, my mother and I came into his office where we waited for quite a while and his receptionist was rude to my mother and was acting very different from when we had met for the consultation before, but I didn't pay attention and was happy to be there and finally have this procedure done. As I was put in a room in the back I was entirely unaware that what was going to happen to me next was something I've only seen in horror movies. Looking back now I wish I hadn't been so calm and trusting. They placed me in a chair and rushed my mom out of the room, one of his assistants that never gave a name quickly put 2 thick velcro straps over my wrists restraining me to the chair when there was no need for it as I was entirely concious at that moment and would be completely sedated for the procedure. They administered the IV while I was still very calm and still in a state of trust in being in his care. My mother later told me it had been atleast 40 minutes when Nino came out to the waiting room and in a very rude and agrivated tone told my mother I was combative and that he couldn't do anything. I was awoke by extreme pain shooting through my mouth only to find that the doctor had done nothing, and upon looking at my teeth a bracket was broken off of my braces which was not any part of this procedure. Nino never came back in the room after I was concious after the anesthesia and he never said a word to me about anything that happened. Later we were informed by my orthodontist that Pollaccia's office had called his and reported that my mother and I had never came in for the procedure at all. I would do anything to protect anyone from this happening ever again, please DO NOT GO HERE.

I work in the medical field and was very impressed by Dr. Pollaccia and his staff. My dentist highly recommended Dr. Pollaccia for my sons wisdom teeth removal. I found mostly positive online reviews and Dr. Pollaccia is voted top Oral Surgeon by his peers in 5280 magazine. My son had no complications and the last thing he remembered was me leaving the room after the IV was placed. I highly recommend Dr. Pollaccia and give kudos to his great staff.

I DO NOT recommend Dr. Nino Pollaccia! This "doctor" did not properly sedate my husband and he felt the ENTIRE procedure as the "doctor" cut and drilled into his mouth AND on top of that he IMPROPERLY diagnosed my husband's tooth condition. After the procedure I went to the back to get my husband and he was in tears and in complete shock! He kept saying "just get me out of here, I want to get out!" I was stunned and confused. He told me he felt the entire procedure and when he was trying to tell the "doctor" he could feel everything, the "doctor" held my husband down! My husband is a strong man and can tolerate pain and I have NEVER seen him cry so I knew something went wrong. Afterwards I asked the doctor what happened, and he said he misdiagnosed my husband because based on the x-rays, the cyst should have been here but after cutting my husband open he didn't find anything. The idiot even tried recommending us to another provider to fix the issue.
