AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! 100 % Horrible!! My teen son needed 4 wisdom teeth pulled asap. Called around, no openings anywhere. Our dentist referred us to Krupp as he was only place with openings. We soon found out why! At reception desk, in your face is a framed pic of Krupp, in a service uniform. (Narcissistic much?) We go back, they talk anesthesia. They keep pushing you to get laughing gas (at $600 cost) vs. getting local anesthesia (at $385 cost). Even though I have a PPO dental insurance, I had to pay the $385 1st BEFORE they would do the surgery!! (Per my insurance I should have paid no more than $100 as it is covered. I watched surgery time. Per my insurance, Krupp is billed 15 min increments for anesthesia. I guess I'm going to have to fight to get my $ back from Krupp). Krupp staff made me leave room, couldn't be back there even though son is a minor. Krupp was brutal pulling the first 2 molars. Son's lip was numbed accidentally and was still numb hours later. Krupp kept calling my son 'sweetie' even though my son - with mustache and beard- looks very masculine. Then Krupp stops procedure and calls our Orthodontist to make sure on other 2 molars as Krupp couldn't locate them. (Really?? You don't know where wisdom teeth are Dr. Krupp?).
PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid this hack doctor. Less than 1 star.. at best. Read other reviews and you'll see he's been terrible forever. Really wish we knew beforehand. I feel terrible for my son. (His face extremely swollen and in pain).

My son had all four wisdom teeth pulled over 20 years ago everything went well so I looked up Dr Krupp for myself. However after all the negative reviews I am rethinking about using him. Will look else where.

Im wish I could give zero stars. My little sister went here for oral surgery. Right before she went under Dr. Krupp told her that she’d die at 40 because she has chronic limes disease. When she listed her meds the nurse told her she doesn’t believe in anxiety. She never felt comfortable and also felt vulnerable while on laughing gas. If you have a choice do not send your children here.

disregard for patients comfort. Most painful injection by far of any dentist in 30 plus years.

I went to DR Krupp almost a decade ago, great service for 4 wisdom teeth removed and a implant done. I go back about two months ago... and everything seems great. Pay the man $2100 dollars and expect a crown to be cast. They take moldings, and then I return 3 weeks later. The bottom of the moldings is fine but the top is very messed up and nothing like my teeth. Instead of calling me and redoing the moldings before making the tooth, they cast the expensive crown.

Somehow, against odds, they cast it too thick for the bottom teeth to the left and right. The assistant forces it in anyways, causing pressure 6 teeth over. I have to wait 5 minutes of directly telling her to remove it before she stops leaving and returning, and does so after stopping herself 4 times despite being told to get it out. She admits it's too thick, and Dr Krupp shaves it down. You can't see the rough spots he shaved, but the crown is so tight it rips floss I've tried using from home so far into strands that get stuck.

The crazy part is when I tried to bite down, I couldn't. What a surprise that without a proper molding even remotely close to my top row of teeth, the crown wasn't designed to fit my bite right. Krupp says to tilt my head back and I assume he needs to see the tooth above and the crown to shave a bit off of it where ever necessary and shape it. WRONG. He cuts the tooth above it and shaves a healthy tooth to fit a crown... over using common sense and either modifying or recasting the fake tooth crown. Perhaps it's too common sense or too expensive to call me and redo the mold, do the crown right the first time with a bit more labor cost. Perhaps it's too expensive to admit a mistake was made in office and make a second proper crown. Clearly in Krupps mind, it was right to without consent reshape a healthy tooth above the crown to accommodate the crown they didn't make to spec...

When he was done, he insisted that it "seems like something is wrong with me." He seemed huffy and said "You're welcome" as he walked out. I was still a bit in shock when I realized he had chosen to reshape the tooth above the crown to protect his own profit margin at this point and not even ask my consent to touch my healthy tooth. After reading other reviews of him telling people to lay their head back and doing things without consent it's clear to me this isn't the first time he's done the "kay back" and do something without consent then get huffy and unhappy bit. It's very rapist like to do as you please for solely your benefit then get uptight and upset with the person you just violated. It was hard for me to walk out of that office calmly after he did this, but the fact I have one last appointment is the worst... I have no idea how I will keep myself from assertively imposing my will on this man if he gets disrespectful, lies or tries to assert himself in any way when I show up to have the now fitting crown simply tightened to be finalized. Not like I shouldn't keep it now that it fits, he should have just made sure it fit right in the first place or got consent to touch a healthy tooth. That kind of practice is a great way to get a patient in jail for assault and an unethical doctor in the hospital.

I went to dr Krupp in September of 2014. My teeth had become a serious health concern. I was absolutely scared to death, to the point that I made myself sick. Dr Krupp and his staff were so understanding and caring in regards to my fear. I had all of my teeth pulled, dentures put in, all within 1 1/2 hours. I had no pain, and very little swelling. This team was able to relieve me of my fears. They literally saved my life. I would recommend them to anyone that shares my fears. To dr Krupp and staff, I thank you deeply for changing my life.

PLEASE READ! I know most people tend to exaggerate after having a bad experience, but I assure you I am NOT. My initial consultation with Dr Krupp was great. I was having a wisdom tooth pulled without being put to sleep. I went there right from work, dressed in my business attire. The following week, I had my tooth removed. Everything seemed fine...

A week later I noticed that I had what I thought was a piece of tooth left in my gums that kept scraping my tongue. I expressed my concern and without even looking at it, he said "well I can't just break it off, it's a piece of your jaw. Your gum needs to heal around it." I insisted that he at least look at it and asked if maybe he could just file it down a little so that it's less sharp. After a lot of huffing and trying to tell me that I was being ridiculous in not so many words, he tells me to open my mouth. I did. He then says, hold on. And I asked what he was going to do. He told me to put my head back. So I asked again, and rather insisted that he tell me what he was going to do. He then proceeded to tell me in a very stern tone, "if you don't put your head back in 5 seconds, you can leave." I was appalled and scared, so I asked him what he was going to do. He wouldn't answer the question so I asked, you're not going to break it right??? He said no... so I put my head back, opened my mouth... and I saw him pick up a large tool that looked like a nut cracker or one of those nail clippers that have handles like scissors, he put it in my mouth, and CRACK!!! He cracked it off!!! I was in total shock, my mouth filled with blood. I was freaking, in shock, and so mad that he would lie to me like that after telling me SO many times that it wasn't able to be broken off. I started to cry... the assistant was trying to calm me down and being really nice, until dr Krupp came back.. and then she started being rude to me as well and told me that I was being unreasonable and that I needed to leave. They told me that I had to leave out of the back door!!!

I wouldn't go back to this guy if you paid me a million dollars!! His bedside manner is terrible and he shouldn't be able to get away with treating his patients like that! After telling my dentist what happened, he won't be referring any other patients there either! Do yourself a favor and do not see this guy. When I went in the first time with my makeup and hair done, well dressed... he kissed my feet. When I went back in sweats and a t shirt and looking like garbage because I felt that way after his hack job on my tooth... he treated me like scum. This man does not like to be told he is wrong or be questioned...

Dr Krupp.. Thank you for treating me like garbage and making me scared to go to the dentist!!!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out on Monday. I called in Thursday because the stitchs came out on one of the holes, they said it was normal, although now on Sunday all my other stitchs are still intact. He gave me a prescription for only 20 pain pills. After taking them as directed, I am in severe pain on the same hole that lost the stitchs. After talking to many other people who have had their wisdom teeth extracted, I gained advise on calling his emergency number to ask for a call in prescription untill I can be seen. Many other people saidntheir pain lasted way longer than 6 days. When I called, he was very rude and short and said he would not call me in a prescription. I gave this man almost 2,000, I should be alloted enough pills to get me through until I can be seen!

Dr. Krupp is the best he and his staff are very professional, freindly, calming, and compassionate. I was very scared at my first visit by the time I left i felt at ease and very eager to return to have my precedure done. I wanted to be put to sleep for the precedure but i couldnt because of my blood pressure. I was ready to run out tye door but Dr. Krupp and his team assured me that everything would be just fine. I must admit. The precedure was over with in 49 minutes i had 26 teeth removed, sutures and dentures. ALL IN THE SAME DAY. Im writting this comment 24 hours later with no pain and very minimal swelling. If you have a fear of dentist Dr.Krupp and his team will change that. I highly recommend you to pay him a visit trust me it will be worth it.

Krupp speaks to us in a very condescending and rude tone. My son is suffering from a traumatic attack and robbery. He needed surgery to repair a broken jaw. The hospital ER sent us to Krupp. We have had some issues with post-op care and Krupp has been nothing but rude about all of it.
