He ruined my face. Talked me in to a procedure I did not need and said scars would not be visible. What a liar! I have one eyebrow over 1/2 inch higher than the other. Run while you can.

Dr.Lanasa performed a facelift, brow lift, blepharoplasty AND repaired my rhinoplasty which another surgeon did not do properly. My results are FABULOUS. I literally look better now than I ever have in my life. Dr. Lanasa is thorough and meticulous in his work. I think of him as also being an artist. He is THE only doctor I trust to perform plastic surgery on me. He listened carefully to me and told me what I could expect...spent a lot of with me and does NOT rush...EVER.

Dr. LaNasa is one of the best cosmetic surgeons in the country. I have had 2 surgeries performed by him with excellent results. He is very compassionate and caring, acknowledging my concerns and answering any questions I may have. Dr LaNasa did not listen to my requests. He had his own agenda. All I wanted was botox and maybe facial resurfacing treatment. I was at an emotionally vulnerable time. He knew it, used it. He said "the eyes have it" you need a forehead lift...involves a couple small incisions. I expressed concern over an overelevated "surprised" look. He said he was expert and no one would notice the scars and my eyebrows would look natural. Wrong!!! I now have a huge scar across my forehead, over-elevated brows with droopy eyelids/ptosis. Also at the last minute before surgery, he told me I needed lower blepheroplasty to "make cheekbones pronounced". I didn't need that! It turned out horrible. My eyes now look deep and hollowed out. When I complained after surgery, he said "you don't know how to hold your head; it's your fault!" This man should not be practicing medicine. His attitude was arrogant, offensive and flippant.

Very poor results and the results did not appear to be correct and felt rather off. I was not happy with his work and he does not seem to listen to his pateints
