He had a really strange diagnosis. Had to tell him I wanted an xray just incase. Found out my foot was broken and that was the cause of pain, not whatever the thing he said. My parents are both doctors and they asked some of the podiatrists at the hospitals they work at and none of them had heard of such a thing. When he told me his diagnosis it seriously sounded so far off the wall that it seemed like it was a made up condition. Well according to the podiatrists at henry ford hospital (where my dad works) and beamont hospital (where my mom works) his diagnosis was indeed made up. So glad I requested an xray. Also I paid quite a bit for my visit at the desk because of xry, and I asked if that was all I owed. They said everything including xray was included in the cost. Then later I got a bill in the mail for another large amount, I tried calling them and they were avoiding the situation. They eventually sent it to a collection agency and I just decided to pay it. I probably could have taken it to court since I feel like I was double charged for the services.

Dr. Lefkowitz is very kind and competent. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes.Very happy to be his patient.
