That is one awesome doctor, she always follows up on my medications and makes sure that I’m felling alright. This doctor is awesome.

I'm not sure what people are talking about below. But Dr. Alex is great. She always follows up with my blood work or my specialist consults -takes the time to go over it. She is very knowledgeable , my health is very complex - she knows her stuff people. . I had a terrible cough bronchitis/pneumonia which was hard to get rid of and she follow up with me until it was gone. I dont mind waiting for her. If shes running late it means shes taking the time to do things right. From what i've seen she cares a lot. I've seen her running around and barely have time to eat her lunch. Doctors are human beings just like us. they have good days and bad days. I remember when earlier this year... she was sick and still made and effort to see me and help me. and the staff there has always been great and accommodating. Do you all remember the wait time with Dr. Mohammad. So quit your complaining. I'm very lucky to have her as my doctor.

Save yourself some time and dont bother showing up on time since appointments run one hour late!! Every time Ive been there I waited one hour so time to find another dr.

Appears limited in medical knowledge and is out of touch with reality. She makes judgemental comments. She should stick being unbiased and keeping her own personal opinions out of it. The front staff is always taking personal calls on the office line.

Terrible doctor!!!. We as a family do not recomend it to anyone. She has no knowledge of any sort. Please save your lives and fins yourself a better doctor

Very uninformed about mental illness and takes on an extremely judgemental attitude, and uses inaproriate language to describe those with intellectual challenges. I would advise her to change to a more physical specialty rather than stick to general physician of she continues to uphold her preconceived outdated attitudes. Do not recomend for those seeking referrals for psych treatments or those seeking treatments for cognitive ailments.

Great doctor and works very well with my kids. My kids are young and feel very comfortable around her.
Not sure about the previous comment about the staff...Baldeesh is very helpful and is easy to book with.

Perhaps people should stop expecting things from the front office and treat it like a doctor's office. Its annoying when people show up to an appointment with 2 other people in the hopes of getting seen. Punctuality may be an issue, but my visits are a breeze even when I have an issue to be looked at.

This doctor is always running behind. I feel bad for the receptionist. She gets yelled at by the patients but the other receptionist Harjit totally deserves it. She is rude and does not speak proper English and it looks like she doesn't even do anything in that office.
