Numerous referrals NEVER DONE...referred me to in correct specialists TWICE (an internist instead of the Pain Clinic in Vancouver and sent me to a diabetic specialist when it was a rhuematologist (spelling?) I needed to see. I asked him to look at the moles on my back that I couldn't see...he didn't and said he would refer me to a skin specialist? ?...never happened. Something even more serious is going on at the moment but will wait for an outcome on this...

He is an incredible doctor, however his reception staff are either overworked and underpaid or lack in the skills in multitasking and prioritising patients needs.

I have the utmost respect for Dr Jessop and his right hand manning the front desk . There understanding of wcb and icbc and the deterant tactics that is used very few doctors and there staff are willing to even talk to you , I consider myself lucky to have even met let alone have the both of them as my care providers .

As a person Dr. Jessop is one of the nicest people I have met but as a doctor he is all talk and no follow through. You can phone over and over and get told by the staff that it's not done, they don't know where the referral is or that no one in the clinic can help you. He can't write triplicate prescriptions and neither can anyone else in that clinic except Dr. Challa the head of the clinic and he won't so you are out of luck if you need them. It is an exercise in frustration dealing with Dr. Jessop and his staff. looking for another doctor :(

Have seen Dr Jessop since he arrived in Pitt Meadows, He is very kind and gives you the time to explain. Never had a problem or complaint about him, I would recommend him to anyone.

you'd think what happened in AZ would've taught him to think more before prescribing meds (at least the ones he is allowed to anyway) - he prescribed my daughter with extremely strong stomach meds for what turns out was her 1st bout of bad heart burn AND after 10 minutes diagnosed her with fibromyalgia... thanks. it's taken us 3 years to undo his damage

Pretends to care, says he will do this and that immediately.. Weeks later wondering why nothing's happened - he tells me "your referrals are probably in a big pile on my desk". Again says he will find them and send them in immediately. He didn't. Don't waste your time.
