Dr. Desai was on call in the Shuswap Lake General Hospital in Salmon Arm when I went in late one night to Emergency Admitting about a problem I had. I came away very impressed. He is a fairly quiet man, but one gets the impression of self-confidence, and competence. He is very willing to talk over your problem intellgently and in as much detail as you want, and his resolution to your problem is in all likelihood the correct one. A very likeable man.
