Heather does not listen to what the patient is saying and does what she wants. I am very upset with her care and will not return.

Heather completed a home visit after the birth of my daughter. After struggling for the first couple of days with nursing and being completely miserable I decided to formula feed. Heather made me feel like the worst mother ever, even going as far to say that formula feeding was like putting a Big Mac in the bottle. A new mother needs encouragement and support not judgement and disappointment. Shame on you for making me feel that way.

Heather delivered 4 of my children and she was wonderful!
