Doctor books face to face appointment for 2.5 minutes. NO JOKE. Even with a string of emails, none of my concerns were addressed, spent my 2.5 minutes telling me how his appointment system works. I derostered. I'd rather take my chances with NO doctor.than with this one.

I have been with this office for 8 years and it sucks. Lack of contact, disrespect when discussing care. Medical issues ignored, dismissed, or heavily delayed. The state of this office is abysmal, and has been for so long. Its horrible to deal with them and to get a new family doctor is nearly impossible!

This doctor demonstrated a lack of empathy and rushed through appointments. Their communication was unclear, leaving me feeling confused about my condition. Additionally, I experienced long waiting times and felt dismissed when expressing concerns. Overall, a disappointing and unsatisfactory experience.

Seems to be a high turnover at that office, low rating is unfortunately warranted. If you’re looking for a doctor. I would keep looking

He is not a good doctor at all. I'd be dead if it wasn't for another Dr that saved my life. He didn't even care he did nothing in fact he told my 2 children I was dying and there was nothing he could do. There was a lot he could do.
Don't have him as a Doctor you will regret it trust me

Because of Covid 19 he diagnosed my husband with constipation over the phone. 4 days later still in pain I dropped him at the ER where he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He was given IV fluids for dehydration, insulin for having very high numbers of the chart and morphine for pain. He didn’t have constipation.

Dr. Dharssi listened and diagnosed my cancer despite several doctors brushing me away and calling me a hypochondriac! I would be dead without him. Thank you 😊

I left .....THIS..... doctor after 8 years because he is not into science and did not want me to take D3 for my 50 years of severe allergies and 10 years of unsucessful allergy shots.
14 years ago I spent months researching the steriodial hormone D3 3,000 , 400 Magnessium and K-2 100 for cassification.
I felt better after only 3 weeks and I would still have sneezing every few weeks but it was not allergies.
I have not only been allergy free , depression free and colds but for 14 years , flues pass through my body every few years and then they the modulated D3 immune system rejects them.
He said I should leave as I don't trust him ??
I said the problem is that YOU don't read studies or trust me that science is real and science is the answer to many of our health problems.
I am now seeing a real doctor because my old doctor had a 2.6 / 5.0 patient score which is about the score of a dope smoking High School student.
I just finally noticed that ......REAL DOCTORS ...... here.....in Orillia .... get scores at 4.0 / 5.0 with 4.4 / 5.0 averages for patient trust and care. lol
LOOK,....... I havn't even lost my sense of humour on D3 after 14 years.
