Dr. Files is great , best doctor I have ever know. Staff is rude and terrible people/people. I have been going to her for over 15years and she always responds back asap. Awesome!

I can not speak to Dr Files abilities or character, but I can tell you her staff is absolutely terrible. I am an active duty soldier stationed in NC and my Fiancee and I are expecting our first child. neither of us have children so we are very anxious. An appointment was made with Dr Files, and we waited three weeks for the big day, the day we would first get to hear our baby's heart beat. After send our insurance information to the office several times and never hearing back from the staff, my Fiancee and her mother showed up for the appointment. She was told that they did not accept her insurance, and only just found out. We wasted three weeks waiting to see Dr Files because of her reputation. The secretary would not even get the Office Manager to try and explain nor was there an apology offered. I am sure Dr Files is a great doctor, but she has a terrible staff who's customer service is on par with McDonalds.

Dr. Files has been my doctor for 13 years. She delivered my last four children. She is amazing! Her knowledge, care and concern, and her Bedside manner are outstanding. I am so grateful for her being my doctor!

Dr. Files is awesome. I have used her since 2002 and have never had a better doctor! She takes the time to listen to what I have to say and comes in to my appointments apparently having already read my file because she knows what is going on when she walks in. She is very friendly and always makes me feel at ease. I came to her after another doctor telling me there was nothing that could be done for me, it didn't take her long to determine my problem and for me the only thing that would solve the issues was surgery and that surgery saved my life.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Files and her staff. The only challenge is that wait times can be long.

Thanks God Dr Files is not my OB, but she was on call one time when i had to go to the hospital for persistent contractions at 33 weeks. this was my second baby, and i had postpartum depression after the birth of my first chid. Dr Files knowing the range of my contractions and instead of offering pain medicine or something to stop the contractions, she told the nurse that i need to seek a psychiatrist! this was the first time that i had known a pregnant woman should see a psychatrist and not an OB!

Dr. Files was my OB for my last and final pregnancy. This was my 5th c-section & I went and spoke to her a year in advance of my pregnancy to get a feel on how she was as a doctor & what were the expected risks with my age & a 5th c-section & she was very confident in her abilities. Dr. Files discovered a window in my uterus (absent muscle in your uterus that seperates) which could cause uterin rupture & loss of baby. I had contractions as early as my first trimester & Dr. Files immediatly placed me on strict bed rest, with monthly ultrasound monitoring, & weekly doctors visits. I had to be on pegestrone and blood pressure medicine. I made it all the way to 34weeks and my baby girl weighed in at 5lbs 4 ounces. I truly believe if it wasn't for Dr. Files and her excellent attention to my situation and her unbelievable level of knowledge, my baby and I would not be sitting here today. She is excellent.

My cesarean went well but my incision wouldn't heal. After telling Dr Files several times that my incision is draining a lot she just told me it was normal. When the PA removed my staples I needed to be packed with 2 2by2 gauzes. It requiered 6 weeks dayly dressing changes from a homehealth nurse to make my incision close. Dr Files never looked at my wound just let the PA handle it.

I just recently started using Dr. Files because my Dr. is no longer in practice. She has been very helpful. I will continue to use her and would recommend her to a friend.

I really liked Dr. Files! She delivered 2 of my children and I wish I could go back to her again but now, I live too far! Thanks Dr. Files for a job well done on delivering my children and on my pregnancies! :) Thank you! I would come back to you if I lived closer!
