You should choose another urologist office. My visit was on 9/25/13 at 3:15pm. Since I'm a new patient they asked that I arrive 15 minutes early. At 3:30 they took me to a room. At 4pm I went to see if I had been forgotten. The receptionist was offended and ushered me back to my room. I mentioned my appointment was 45 minutes ago and asked if the group of lawyers and court reporter were holding up my doctor. She said doctors are busy and that's just the way it is. Disappointed with that answer I said that was an unacceptable answer and she left me back in the room. Dr. Reynolds came in about 10 mins later and opened by saying, "I understand you're upset. I treat sick people and you're here for a vasectomy. If you don't like my office you can leave." We trust docs to know what they're doing and to keep a level head. He and his office overreacted to my question about being forgotten. He was rude and unprofessional. I stood up and left. He "graciously" said he wouldn't bill me.

As a doctor i think he is pretty good. However his office staff is nothing short of total incompetence. The dates of my visits in his system are incorrect. The notes and data are not entered. I've yet to recieve a prescription that was correct, and be able to pick it up without multipule calls to his office. During my last visit I discussed this with him, he looked at my notes and records, and said "yea these aren't very good". He then told me he had made some changes. I now cannot get the prescription from that day (8 days ago) and will have to see another doctor to stay on my dose schedule. I will not see him again!
