Our family has been going to Doctor Shen almost from the beginning of when he opened his practice. People who leave bad reviews here are 100% wrong in what they are saying. Having gone to many dentists in the past who are only in it for the money I can tell you this is NOT Dr. Shen. He is by far the best, most caring and professional dentist out there. I’ve been to many sketchy dentists in my life. One that told me I had 8 cavities when I didn’t, made me have gum surgery so he could refer me to his “friend.” All of this was completely untrue. It was a blessing when we found Dr. Shen in the early 2000’s. We’ve been driving from Mississauga to Pickering for years. After we moved we said we would never leave parkway dental. His office staff are always accommodating to our driving distance and works hard to always fit in our family of 4. Dr. Shen and Shirley are not just regular dentist they are really good people who cares about all their patients.

Was visiting from out of town and my braces wire was twisted. He helped me and did not even charge me. He just said enjoy the rest of your visit. Thanks Dr She an his friendly staff.

I cannot recommend Dr Shen & his clinic strongly enough. Dr Shen & his staff are highly professional, efficient & compassionate & deliver top service & quality work.

In the 13 years I’ve been receiving dental care there, from root canal to crown to simple cleaning, I always leave there feeling part of an amazing family.

If you live close enough to Pickering, I highly recommend making Parkway Dental Clinic your clinic. Thanks Dr. Shen, assistants & staff!

Dr. Shen is the best dentist. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable and just a great guy. My family comes from Mississauga to see him. We've been his patients from the beginning and as long as he continues to practice we will continue to be his patients. On top of Dr. Shen being the best, his staff are also wonderful. Always helping above and beyond. They are super friendly and accommodating. Basically they are all like family to us. Thank you Dr. Shen, Shirley and staff for being so great!

DR. SHEN IS THE ONLY DENTIST I'LL EVER GO TO!!!!!!! i tried going to a different dentist because i moved to brampton (which is really far from the office), but it was horrible and that dentist told me i had 4 cavities and i take really really good care of my teeth, so that was weird.... so i went back to dr. shen to get a second opinion and he told me that he didn't see anything in my mouth, he even showed me xrays that he took and explained what cavities would look like on xrays and there wasn't anything like that. but said he'd let me know if he ever found anything (like always). you really can't trust these other dentists, saying that there are 10 (imaginary) cavities just for the sake of drilling, filling and billing for nothing, but i can always count on dr. shen for an honest opinion and clear explanation. i'm still coming from brampton to pickering just for him to take care of my teeth!!!!

works quickly and efficiently while always giving 100% in the work that he does. also, gives many different treatment options and thoroughly explains things in a way you would understand and clarifies if you're left with any questions, compared to many other doctors/dentists out there who just use big words to sound smart but you're left with not understanding anything. when the treatment is done, he always makes sure that you're content with the work that's been done and has told me many times "as long as you happy/good, I'm happy". and if there is anything that needs to be adjusted, he always makes sure to take care of it
