Susan Mulvihill is very knowledgeable, but she has an enormous ego. Someone needs to remind this woman that she is just a nurse practitioner, not a doctor. I know she is part of the treatment team, but she is lower in the pecking order. If she wants the same respect as a doctor she should have graduated from medical school.
