This man raped me years ago. I don't know if there is still a path for justice.

This guy left town in a walk of shame after patients came forward with real claims of sexual misconduct. He had no college degree in healthcare and haf no justification for manipulation of women in that way. Created a blemish on the acupuncture profession in WY.

Daw is not a doctor nor does he hold a doctoral degree. He has no recognized certification in acupuncture and isn't eligible for certification in the US. He lies to the people of Cheyenne about his training and puts the public at risk with his dangerous treatment. He has performed procedures on women patients that are a form of sexual abuse and misconduct.

Daw Jeng is unprofessional and was charged with sexual misconduct with patients. He has not passed for the national certification examination in acupuncture and shows no evidence of appropriate education. He is a danger to the public.
