Was misdiagnosed by this doctor a week ago thus making my condition worsen over the course of a week!! Had a second appointment with her not by choice and she was clueless of why I had these symptoms and then asked a question and she laughed. Very unprofessional and ignorant and useless!! Do they make everyone pass a doctor these days??? I’m certain the girl flipping burgers at Macdonalds would of gave me a better or the proper diagnosis than this ignorant useless pos!!

Doctor Saxon is a great doctor. I recently retired from the military and she takes good care of me. Her understanding and professionalism is excellant. Always friendly and smiling, inspire of being overworked like so many in the field. Thank You

Dismissive on client concerns and doesn’t seem to want what’s best for her clients.

Dr. Saxon was great at first. And lately she has been very short and rude with me. Dismissing any of my concerns. I have never been so offended and felt so uneasy with a doctor as I have with her in the last year.

Was pleased at first but I feel she has become judgemental and is prone to assumptions. She is quite inflexible when you suggest alternative ,non invasive options and doesn't like her opinions questioned . Seems more concerned with punctuality than the issue at hand. Not impressed.

Dr Saxon is not the best doctor I have seen, nor is she the worst; I find she can be inflexible and does not welcome her judgement being questioned by her patients. I do not look forward to appointments with her, and would rather see another doctor if possible.

Dr. Michele Patricia Saxon is one of a kind doctor. She would rather TAKE meds from you if you don't require them, than give them to you. She is extremely thorough...she is so caring, and kind, and patient giving you time to tell 'your story' of your problem(s). I hope she continues to be my doctor for the remaining of my days. junie richardson

I am so thankful to have Dr Saxon as my Dr. She is empathetic, knowledgeable and a hard worker. I find her to be ethical, yet personable. I had a bad back for many years with disc herniation, calcification on the spine and degenerative disc disease. I never felt dismissed or patronized which had been my experience in the past with another doctor. She sought answers and treatment for me. With chronic pain many aspects in your life are affected and Dr Saxon has been very compassionate with providing support with that. I actually feel comfortable with her, usually I cannot face asking for help and reaching out. We are very lucky to have this professional in our community. Thank you Dr Saxon for the care you provide for my 2 children and I.

She was honest, open, caring, compassionate and sympathetic as my mum lived her last days in the palliative care unit at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital. She made herself available and was never in a rush to leave my mum's side. Her knowledge, care and compassion was comforting during a very difficult time.
